The Millionaire Investment Club was established by the Sanders Real Estate Group to provide our investors with the expertise and know-how to succeed as savvy real estate investors in the current market. We take our investor clients from the point of understanding what real estate investment is, to knowing how to select the appropriate properties and financing terms to meet their long term goals. Our resources allow us to work directly with each investor client to assist them in analyzing their investment portfolio.
For the investor that is looking to increase their current knowledge and reach higher levels in their investments, we offer a 16 course series in which we provide education on various aspects of real estate investments. These courses are FREE to our clients (with the exception of the field trips), and only $25 per course for the general public.
